The “Reading saves Lives“ – Initiative is using E-Books in the fight against child poverty. Money raised by E-Book sales will be donated to one or several child aid organisations.
The more books we can sell, the more lives we can save!
About 100 million children in developing countries are estimated to be underweight. About 2.6 million children under the age of five die every year, caused by poor nutrition. Because of the severe situation Christoph Topitschnig, founder of the “Reading saves Lives” – Initiative, will donate his royalties from his E-Book to child aid organisations.
Harvesting the power of a book, to feed starving children is our mission.
The E-Book is a revolutionary medium with many advantages like:
- easy to create

All these attributes make E-Books to ideal money sources in the fight against poverty. Additionally, books are one of the most popular entertainment products of all time.
